ABOUT BOYLE LEGAL

Mike Boyle, the firm's principal, is a native of the area, having returned in 2013, after eight years split among Baltimore, Bangkok, and Chicago.

Mike's goal is to demystify the legal process in order to allow clients to make rational, informed, and advantageous decisions in their legal matters.

After several years at multinational and boutique firms, Mike opened Boyle Legal in order to provide his own brand of practice, focusing on the unique legal issues faced by various individuals and businesses throughout upstate New York.

Mike focuses on two main areas of practice: business and bankruptcy. Mike practices in all aspects of bankruptcy, but has a specific focus on debtor-side representation in both corporate and consumer matters. Mike also provides legal services that cover the full "life cycle" of a business: from formation to buy/sell to wind-down.

Mike is the current President of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and Secretary of the Schenectady County Bar Association.
